Founded in 1984 by Claire-Lise Blum Buri, the agency was established in an authentic attic at the bottom of the village of Rougemont. Naturally named ‘Agence Le Grenier’, it became the village's first estate agency, laying the foundations for a local service rooted in local tradition.
In 1990, in response to the growth of the business, the agency moved to new premises in the heart of the village. This move also marked a new phase: the agency took the name Immoflor and adopted a more contemporary visual identity, while retaining its founding values.
Today, Immoflor Immobilier continues to evolve. Ms Henchoz, who has been with the company for over 20 years, is gradually taking over the management, working closely with Ms Blum Buri, who remains in charge of sales. This transition is accompanied by a modernisation of the agency's image: a redesigned website, a refreshed visual identity and an assertive positioning as a specialist in mountain property in the Pays-d'Enhaut.
With over 30 years of experience, Immoflor Immobilier offers a personalised service based on in-depth knowledge of the local market, attentive listening and high-quality support at every stage of your project.
